Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205 - Hey everybody!! I was wondering if anyone knew of any foods to eat that are good for your body besides salads and things like that. I am a very picky eater and I don't eat salads..usually the only meats I eat are chicken, hot dogs, and hamburgers..also, the only fruits I like are strawberries and cantaloupe and I only eat green beans as a vegetable..my problem is sweets and startches/breads..if anyone has any suggestions on what to eat please please reply!! I need help!!
