Ht. 5'8, Wt. 163 - Hey everyone, Just a quick question...Is It healthy to loose 6 - 7 pounds in a week and a half?? I was 170 a week and a half ago now I'm 163. I'm on the slim fast diet and it tells you to drink lots of water b/c you loose a lot of water weight but I noticed I'm loosing a lot of weight. Every other day or every day I loose another pound. I dk what is going on. I think it's just water weight but I'm not sure. And the thing is I haven't been excercising or working out b/c I've been sick and studying. Plus our glider is broken so I couldn't work out if I was feeling ok and not so busy. We're buying a treadmill in about a week but I'm loosing so much weight without it. I lost a total of 67 pounds as of today!! Well plz comment. ttyl bye everyone!
