Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:155 - ok i just thought of a tip..it is when u have a snack count out how much u want 2 have for the #of calories..only take that out and put it in a bag or plate or something..and then put the rest bakc:) trust me..if i leave the bag in the room i will be tempted 2 eat more but if u put it away u wont have 2 look at it and want more and you would have 2 go out of ur way 2 get it so u will be less likely 2 eat more!..just thought id share that 4 u because i just thought of it myself:) ~andrea~
