Message Replying To From Nicole, Age 15 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 175 - Well I think im FINALLY back on track how is this for the day Breakfast- apple cinommon(sp)oatmeal Lunch- a small english muffin with ham and mustard on it with some pretzels on the side snack - an orange and dinner- a bowl of cereal because my parents bought fast food. |
