Message Replying To From Beth, Age 14 Ht. 5ft9, Wt. 204 Goal 150/160 - i was reasonalby OK 2day breakfast i had toast (wholemeal) with peanut butter and i drank a grapefruit juice lunch I had a jacket potato with cheese and for dinner i had steak and salad OK steak bad news but who cares normally i would binge like hell!
