Ht. 5 ft, Wt. ?? - OK so i have been trying to lose weight before our sadies dance, 6 lbs in two weeks...possible? I am going to jog two miles a day and try to cut down on fatty foods. I have been eating breakfast ( for all of you who don't eat breakfast- start- it gets your metabolism going and you lose weight faster! ) I feel sooo bad because today I got home and fried a tortalli in butter and added chocoalte chips. my stomach hurts so badly and i feel like I shouldn't have eaten it. I really need to stop emotionally eating! Any ideas? tomorrow I am going to wake up with cheerios, skim milk, and OJ, then me and my friend are going skiing for a while- but the only food available to us is the things they sell at the ski lodge- should i try to eat smaller portions or what? Please someone help me to get the extra flab off my body! ARGH!
