Ht. 5'3, Wt. 125 - Over the summer i gained 15 pounds then with school starting and my parents working ive been eating sooo much fast food, i know i couldve made smarter choices but its been so hard betweent work and school ( I work at an Italian restaurant and get free food). I would like to lose 15-18 pounds by May. Is it possible? Should I be eating lower carb or lower fat? Any help would be really appreciated!
