Message Replying To From Pecan, Age 15 Ht. 5, Wt. mmhmm - OK so breakfast= orange juice lunch= pepporoni sandwich, applesauce, m&m cookie snack= bagel chips (130 cals) dinner= pizz bread snack = bagel chips (130 cals) I didnt do so well today but i walked for twenty minutes. I havent lost or gained any weight since i started exercising FOUR days ago- not ever half a pound. What can I do to jumpstart my weight lose? I even drank 5 glasses of h20 today! |
