Ht. 5'5", Wt. 138 - Here's the morning excercise routine I do every morning! If you don't already excercise in the morning, try this. It doesn't take a lot of time. March in place for 2 full minutes. Jog in place for 1 minute. Kick legs and swing arms 20 times. (it's like jump roping and kicking your legs out) March fast and do arm punches 20 times. Jog in place 1 minute. March in place 2 full minutes. 20 jumping jacks. 20 cruntches. and you're done in less than 10 minutes!
