Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - hey guys i havent ben on in a super long time! but now i am on. I just started up dieting AGAIN! oh it makes me so mad, i want to lose wieght but every time i try to i wind uo getting fatter(sort of, not really)!!!! Anyways i try to eat less so i do but then the food i do eat is always fatty food. And i gag at any vegatable, i cant stand them , all i can eat is carrots,letuce, corn and Greenbeans! And i never eat any of them. But this week i am so happy i lost 3and a half pounds. I do 100 crunches before i go to bed. But i heard that your body ajusts to your routines if you use them long enough and your body will lose wieght slower than when you started. So if and of you would like to share your ideas of your diet and exercise plans, plz respont to this message. It would give me a sense of what other kind of fast fat burning exercises i can do. P.s. if any of you do the calorie cound plz let me know how that works! ~!~Macy~!~
