Ht. 5'6, Wt. 163 - okay so i think im doing okay on my diet but i really need help with my exercise. i have no motivaton. like i will dance every day for about 10 mins and i box 1ce a week and play tennis once a week. but i need an actual routine. should i buy a tape or something or what? has anyoone ever heard of "six second abs" that little ab cruncher thingy lol well do guys know if it works at all?? help please
