Message Replying To From courtnie, Age 15 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - so i weighed myself today and im at 200 lbs. i thought i was 195 lol! but yeah! im having a really AH day! im bout to smack my grandma she keeps hitting me... but oh well... any ways... today for breakfeast i had a piece of toast, a banana and half a cup of milk. Then i had a taco (its my cheating day so i can) but i didnt eat all of it, and a diet coke, then for dinner i had vegies, and some rice and apple juice...then after dinner i did 20 sit ups, 20 left side sit ups, 20 right side sit ups, and 20 krunches! so i think im doing pretty good! and tomorrow im goin to the gym for about an hour n a half! but anyways, id really like a "weight watching buddy" so if anyone is interested tell me, my email is courtnienm@hotmail.com i cant check my mail cuz for some reason it wont let me...but if anyone has a myspace you can add me my url is www.myspace.com/pimpin_dem_hoes or look for courtnie novaria...and tell me who you are too...well ttyl courtnie |
