Ht. 5'6, Wt. 164.5 - heres what i ate today: breakfast- 1 scrambled egg with cheese and lemonade snack-1 pear snack-1 apple with peanut butter 1 gingerale dinner-a green pepper with ground sirloin and cheese and rise in it 2 small pieces of white bread with olive oil and water water water i kno i shouldve had light lemonade, diet gingerale, and no bread, and not as much peanut butter as i did but i think im doing a lot better than i was...right now im getting into the mode of things
