Ht. 5'5, Wt. around 140 i dunno - ok so every other day i run 2 miles and 100 sit ups everyday . i was dieting but lately i kinda went off . tomarrow im gonna start eating healthy again. I was eating healthy for 2 weeks and i noticed that my stomach lost weight but my main focus is my thighs . Running is the only thing i can think of that helps them but they dont seem to lose weight . any suggestions please? i really wanna lose a pants size
