Message Replying To From Pecan, Age 15 Ht. 5, Wt. dont wanna know - I managed to loose one pound in a week, but my goal was 2.5. I have been trying to take this one step at a time, one week at a time, but i always think: I'll just do it next week. Plus this was sadies week- so all i ate was candy! I think i might be loosing muscle and gaining fat because i havent worked out in like a week- is that possible? How do i stay disciplined and on track? |
