Message Replying To From Shelly, Age 13 Ht. 5,9, Wt. 245 - hey i'm new to this site. i want to lose weight really bad, and wonder how many days a week and how long i should excersize to lose about 2 or 3 pounds a week. The excersizes i would do would be walking on a tredmill, using a stationary bike, and other stuff like sit-ups, push ups and jumping jacks. is loosing 2 or 3 pounds a week healthy because i want to lose some weight fast. |
