Ht. 5'8, Wt. start:165 now:150 - soo update 4rm this weekend..is on my fccla trip 2 galveston when i got there i decided 2 take a break 4rm my diet and not worry about it for friday and saturday..so i had everything 4rm pancakes, bugers, and french fries..oh and also i had chinese (soo fattening)..and guess wat..i only gained a half of a lb!i am soo happy..i resumed my diet 2day.. and friday and saturday was soo greatnot having 2 worry about what i eat..and i guess it helped that my friend and i always took the stairs 2 the 5th floor where our room waz on..but we only did it b cause it was faster..and we also went swlmming and walked alot..so i guess that helped..ok so well 2day i got an exercise urban hip hop dance video which should be fun 2 do and its only 30 mins..oh and last week i got a pilates video..which i havent had time 2 try yet..soo well ill give u an update later! ~andrea~
