Message Replying To From Lindsey, Age 14 Ht. 5'5", Wt. not sure - Today- Breakfast: oatmeal, cup of milk; Lunch: pb sandwhich on wheat bread, banana; Dinner: 2 pieces of veggie pizza w/ white sauce;. Excercise: 10 minute walk, 10 minutes going up and down stairs, thigh workout= about 30 minutes of excercise. FEEDBACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
