Ht. 6'0, Wt. 218 - hey you guys. i would like to see if my goal seems reasonable. as u can see, im six foot even and i weigh 218(down from 246)and i want to be a muscular 170-180 pounds. i plan to do this by losing about 6-7 pounds a month( i lost 7 pounds last month). im just cutting everything i eat in half and lifting weights and riding a exercise bike for 30-45mins, 5-6days a week. i also just discovered "monster" energy drink. i love it cuz it gives me lots of energy but im afraid it will make me lose weight. what do u guys think? FEEDBACK PLEASE
