Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - i've started running for soccer this spring and in 3 weeks im able to run a two miles all the way through without stopping. i feel great eevrytime i run. though i recommond running with a friend cause they can motivate you and you them. i run with my friend and i know that without her i would not have gotten this far. Though running alone is great to just be alone with your thoughts though ialso suggest music i bring my ipod with me. my grandma who NEVER gives compliments said it looked like i lost weight and i have lost teh five pounds i gained over christmas withotu even chaning my diet. excersize can go a long way and it also makes you feel great! i higly suggest to start running with a friend the first week is awful but once u get past the mile stretch its easy to keep goign cause you feel so accomplished.
