Ht. 5'8, Wt. 165ish - Hey everyone, How did I do? Breakfast : Slim fast shake, small bowl cereal, Lunch : Slim fast snack bar, bottle of water, Dinner : 2 bowls rice crispys, 1 banana and a few strawberries. I jogged on the treadmill for 70 min tonight, went 5 miles, and burnt 700 + cals. I also went shoppin for like 2 1/2 hours. So how did I do?
