Ht. 5'5", Wt. 150 - can anybody give me some tips on losing weight? i've been trying for a little over a month and i havent lost anything yet. i started eating breakfast which i used to never do and i cut out about 400-500 calories a day. im also drinking a lot more water than usual and more fruits and vegetables. i have gym this quarter for an hour a day so i exercise there 5 days a week and i also exercise about 3-5 times a week other than that. i've been doing this for more than a month and i haven't seen any results, i haven't lost any weight or inches or anything and its very frustrating.
