Message Replying To From Machala, Age 19 Ht. 5'4", Wt. S:208 N:198 G:145 - Hi all, as of yesterday I have officially lost my first 10 pounds. It took about a month, but of course it was worth it. Now, I'm wondering if it's possible to lose another 25lbs by mid June? I've kinda fallen out of eating healthy, but I'm starting back. Also, since the weather is a little nicer, I'm going to start walking/jogging again, along with trying pilates. I really don't have much time to work out, but I plan on putting in at least 3 days a week. With that and eating healthy(no fried foods, sweets, soda, etc) do you think it's possible to lose those 25 pounds? Thanks. |
