If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Krissy, Age 17 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 205. Goal: 160 - For a couple months now I've been trying to lose weight... I cut out all my sugars (soda, sweets, chips, etc). I usually have a bagel for breakfast with water, a small sub for lunch, and then whatever my mother cooks for dinner. I play DDR alot... all the time practically, I'm so addicted to it... but even though i've been exersizing and eating really healthly, I'm not losing anyweight at all... I want to be at 180 by the end of april... thats 25 pounds in three months... any advice? Please? |
