Message Replying To From Krissy, Age 17 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201. Goal: 160 - What kind of exersizes and diets have ya'll had success with? So far I've just done DDR and cut out all the sugars. I woke up this morning and weighed 201, when I last weighted my self like only two days ago weighed 205. Any advice on activities or exersizes that are fun and you get success with? ^_^ thanks |
