Ht. 5'4", Wt. 162 - we just got over a foot of snow last night and i have no school today because of it, i've decided that i will go shovel my drive way and invite some friends to have a snow ball fight. is this a good workout to do instead of woking out inside? normally when i have snow i stay inside and eat and go on the computer, but im taking action this time, i want to get down to at least 130 pounds by the summer time. thanks all who reply =]
