Message Replying To From Hi, Age 15 Ht. 5'1, Wt. 190 - i looked up stuff on negative calories. i guess its a divided subject. some scientists support the idea and others dont. in general, the list of "negative calorie" foods i recieved are healthy to eat anyway. so here is a list of supposed negative calorie food. i can't guarantee they are actually "negative". Apples, cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mangoes, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines, oranges, pineapple, lettuce, onions, papayas, spinach, turnips, endives, garlic, zucchini, green cabbage, cauliflower,cucumbers, asparagus, celery, chicory, peppers,beets, and broccoli. So basically just foods we already know to be good for us. Have fun dieting everyone! |
