Ht. 5' 1.5", Wt. 121 - Umm, I want to lose twenty pounds. Is a 105 a good weight goal for my age and height? I'm a cheerleader,....and right now I dont participate in stunts because I'm too small to pick anyone one up but not small enough to be picked up. Sometimes I am lifted in a thigh stand, but not often. I know that if I lose weight I can be a regular flyer (because right now one of our flyers aren't too good). I know that if I lose the weight I will be the best flyer I can be. How long is it gonna take for me to lose the weight? What exercises and how often should I do them? What about food?
