~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 209 - well i joined the ymca today, after my dads constant hints about my weight. but ive wanted to join a gym for me anyways. ive always had some junk in my trunk but since i stopped taking my medicine ive gained alot of weight in the past 3 months, now i need to get it off. ive been trying to balence my meals and eat smaller meals more frequently, im just not hungry and usually have one big meal a day. but i try to do better each day. today i worked out for an hour. i walked a mile on the treadmill, lifted some weights and did some stair steppin. i was wondering, does anybody know about how many reps i should do on a weight lifting machine ( those u find at a gym) and is it 10 times that counts as 1 rep?
