Ht. 5'5, Wt. 180 - Lindsey: i might have gotten the wrong impression out... I didn't mean it like you shouldn't lose weight, i just want you to be careful. I'm sorry to here that about your family, you're totally right. Okay well today i had 2 eggs 1 piece of wheat bread with water, then 1 can of corn, a bowl of raisin bran, two chocolates, and 4 peroges. I wish i didn't eat the perogies...but i did 20 minutes on the tredmill and 30 pushups, and 170 crunches. Honestly i don't know if this workout plan is good. I mean on the tredmill i only almost b urn 300 cals. Will i lose weight this way even if i eat more than that?
