Ht. 5'6", Wt. 145 - What do you guys think of this morning excercise routine? Is it a good one?? 1. March in place reaching hands up and down for 2 minutes. 2. March faster, alternating arm punches 20 times. 3. Kick legs and swing arms 20 times. 4. Jog in place 1 minute. 5. 10 jumping jacks. 6. Jog in place 1 minute. 7. 10 jumping jacks. 8. Again, march in place for 2 minutes. 9. 50 jumping jacks. 10. 50 cruntches
