If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From brooke, Age 15 Ht. 5'4'', Wt. goal:120 - hey, um i think i know what i want to do for like eating for awhile but i need to know if it is healthy... i did it yesterday and i was fine but i dont want to like mess up my body more then it is but anywyas... breakfast: 16 oz of superfood(its a odwalla smoothie with grasses,fruit, and vegies) lunch: 16 oz superfood and peanuts dinner: smart ones heat up meal. so is that ok? |
