Ht. 5'7, Wt. start:165 now:145 - ok..everyone on here asks me everytime i post how i lost weight..its simple..i eat fewer calories than i used 2 (like 1000)..and i really dont work out except for softball practice (which takes up alot of my time everyday..athletics 4 an hour rite b4 lunch..and then practice 4 2 hours after skool and i dont get home till 6)..simple..u just have 2 really want it and not binge..and if u do make it be the only one time a month if u happen 2 (dont do it at all if u have the will power) and 4get about it..drink lots of water and i drink iced tea 2 which is like mostly water and diet sodas like once a day..so simple..k i hope i helped :) ~andrea~
