Message Replying To From Ashley, Age 15 Ht. 5'5", Wt. 147 - is 1500 calories a day a reasonable amount to eat for weight loss? i'm not talking anything major just like 1 to 1.5 pounds a week with exercise also? that's what i've been eating and its worked so far so i just wanted to know if i should keep it that way or lower or raise the amount lol thanks :) |
