Ht. 5'3", Wt. 201 - I am really motivated right now, because I did really good on eating today, and I even worked out for half an hour!!! The only thing is, I am afraid I am going to lose this motivation. I tend to cheat on my diet alot and get off track, and I have been off track for at least a month!!! Yikes I know, but my question is, how can I keep this up??? I am just so afraid I won't stay committed (sp?) and never lose any more weight!!! And I really want a boyfriend, and I think the reason I don't or never have had one, is because of my size. Sorry...had to vent!
