Ht. 5'1 , Wt. 125 or sumthin - I don't want any one to tell me that I am "skinny" or anything like that, cause I'm very much not. I am very out of shape, and my gut and love handles hang out of my shirts. My dad is like a major jock, who has never been an ounce overweight in his life, and every single one of my friends is like bone-thin. I'm not saying that I want to look like them, (in my opinion they look pretty gross)I just want to have a more "toned" body I guess. I want to be able to go to the pool with my friends and not feel like I'm fat, even though I know I'm not, it feels that way when everyone around me looks like supermodels. So n e way I was thinking like 15 or 20 lbs should do it, but I don't know what excersizes to do. What are some good ones that help woth love handles?? gut?? Thighs?? well thanx ~*Brookie*~
