Ht. 5'7", Wt. 240ish - Hey guys. I have started a new diet of no fried foods, no sodas or candies, and i've been eating low fat stuff and fruits ( mostly apples) and drinking a ton of water. I wanted to start walking on my tredmil and work up to jogging and so on, but I also wanted to try Winsor Pilates. It looks like it really works.
