Message Replying To From rachelle, Age 16 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - hey so yesterday was my first post, and then today i started my diet. I went to bed late last night, so i woke up late, so i didnt really get a good start but i did go to curves this morning, but then i had to hurry and go to school so i didnt really have time to finish. and then for my lunch/breakfast (i kind of combine them together since i go to school at 12 and wake up at like 10 anyway) was one of those healthy choice meals (260 cal.) then i had some carrots in veggie dip (probably about 240 cal.) not too good i know, but i was trying to avoid bread, but then i realized the healthy choice meal had about 25g of carbs anyway lol. But i was thinking about it and i figured out that when people cut out unhealthy foods that they usually eat the most of, they lose weight. Like people who drink allot of soda cut out soda and lose allot of weight, or sweets, or junk food, or fast food, etc. Well my problem is carbs/salty foods/fried foods, so, even though a low carb diet is EXTREMELY hard for me, I decided that thats the only way I'll lose wieght, so I try it. I'm at school right now, but then when i get home, no carbs, and I'm not eating ast 7:30. Then I dont have school on fridays (i go to charter school) and i moved my treadmill into my room today, so tomorrow i'll wake up, go on that and then go to curves. If you have any advice/ suggestions tell me! |
