~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 147 - Hey there everyone. I checked the BMI thingy and it says that i am at risk for being overweight. Im scared because diabetes and obesity run rampid with my friends and family and i dont want to fall into the pattern. I would LOVE to be able to wear a 2 piece without having something hang over it. I get so upset when i look in magazines because all those girls look so much better than i do. I feel so horrible when i look into the mirror and im just tired of thinking about all the things i want to change and just start changing them...but i need help. I have commitment issues when it comes to dieting and i dont know really how to go about starting a diet. I tried south beach but it seemed like too much work.I work out for maybe 6 hours a week and you would think that it would do something but it doesnt. My weight just keeps going up and up. I tried the whole anorexia thing....not a good idea. Now i get sick if i dont eat after so long. so if anyone can help me start and finish this...PLEASE I BEG OF YOU...help me save myself.
