Ht. 5'1, Wt. 165 - Today is going GREAT Im not Hungry at all...Working out really helps me not overeat,like After I jog Im just Not hungry even if I was before. Ok today I had Granola bar(120)-Peanut buter sandwich, gold fish(430) And I am planning on Salad with light dressing I only did like 10-15 min of working out at softball conditioning--later jump rope and basketball! I'm pretty excited...except this Saturday Im going to a party and....I dont know if I should take a day of and then that wil be my free day of the month....i dont know
