Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - I was doing pretty good today- Not the healthiest of choicest pu t i wasnt eating to much. Also I am on this stimulant(prescribed) That is suspose to keep me like awake and focused more so I can concentrate and not fall asleep everywhere(like my last 2 classes of the day). Anyways this medication is really decreasing my appetite, which is a good thing cause I tend to overeat. But because it is a stimulant it gets into my system within 30 minutes and wheres off about 8 hours later, and that is right about the time when I get home! Grrr. But I found out that if I go str8 to the comp. and start my homework I wont eat when I get home. This is what I had today< BREAKFAST : serving of Totinos supreme pizza rolls, LUNCH : Motts cup strawberry apple sauce, chips ahoy 100 cal pack, SNACK : 3 pieces of cantelope, ---The really bad part... DINNER : 2 piece extra crispy KFC meal, Consisted of a fried thigh and leg, french fries, and I had 2 biscuits. I know that wasn't good. I also drank 32 oz. h20 and walked for about 25 minutes. Well, ok im done now. LOL.
