Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 179 - Hey guys. I've been stressed a lot lately because I'm competeing for an academic award. I lost 5 lbs but then I totally blew it for some reason.I hate this feeling. I took up yoga which helps to calm me down, but most days it's SO hard to manage just my homework, but then add food and exercize and it's terrible! Anbody have tips to get back on track? Thanks!
