Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - Okay so this is what i'm gonna do....everyother day i swich workouts...20 min pilates then 100 weight lifts on 6 lb weights and 100 crunches...then 20 min on tredmill walking/jogging...100 crunches 100 weight lifts on 6 lb weights....only going to eat when i am hungry no exceptions. No junk food at all!
