Ht. 5'5, Wt. 163 - Okay i did well today...i ate 2 bowls of rasin bran, 1 package soup only 160 cals...cause i ate 3 servings, 1 breast chicken, half potatoe, water, and the tiniest piece of cherry pie my sis gave me...the one's in the box branded. I did a 20 min. pilate workout plus i danced for like 20-30 minutes cause i'm trying to make up a new dance, then did 100 weight lifts. I think this is enough...tell me what you think. Tomorrow i will do the same thing only do 20 min on tredmill then the next the same only yoga. I feel great...except my butt hurts...lol
