If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Lacey, Age 16 Ht. 5'6, Wt. 175 - This is the diet I am currently doing.. Please tell me if it sounds good and what not... And how much results I can see in a month.. Okay, so I am having slimfast for 2 of my meals everyday, and the other meal is a salad/wrap or tuna, veggies that kinda thing.. But I have cut out all bread, potatoes, pasta,rice,junk food,fast food, etc... Um for snacks I have fruit or special K... Thats about it, and I cut out pop and juice, so just water and occassionally a diet pop.. The only meat I am eating is tuna, chicken and turkey.. And I do about 20 mins on the exercise ball daily and go on the treadmill for an hour 3-5 times a week.. So what do you think?? plz respond! thanks! |
