Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - Yesterday I didnt do too good,I ate a turkey sandwich and some reduced fat pringles, then fell asleep until supper, then I ate a bowl of soup, two slices of bread with butter, a snackpack, chocolate graham crackers, and reduced fat pringles. Today I have done better so far, I went to curves, then came home and ate a Smartone Weight Watchers meal, 210 cal., 12g carbs, a jello cup, 10 cal. 0g carbs, and 7 pringles, im guessing that was about 50 cal. cause 17 pringles is 140 cal. So today so far I'll round it to 300 cal. Hopefully whne I get home from school I'll only eat about 700 cal., and hopefully I'll have enough energy to run on my treadmill. ALso, I just got more motivation to loose weight, my sisters wedding is in july, and I'm a brides maid, so i need a dress! and my two other sisters are brides maids, so they with be standing next to me, and they are both skinny, one wear size 7 and the other 11 but shes like 5'8 so its still pretty skinny, and I'll be the fat one lol. but yeah, please reply!
