Message Replying To From Brittney, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 G: 125-130 - okayyy this is what i had to eat today, for breakfast i had a bowl of Rice Krispies with 1% milk, for lunch i had a 100 calorie pack, a yogurt and a water, and for dinner i had 2 small unbreaded chicken cutlets, corn, peas, and stuffing, and thats all i had to eat today, oh and 4 Oreo cookies, and 3 more water bottles and our course exercise but not a lot today, should i cut back on my food intake? |
