Ht. 5'2, Wt. 125 pounds - heyy everyonee=) i would just like to say everyone is doing a rly good job motivating each other! I was here maybe a couple months ago. I decided to loose weight because i really want to higher my self esteem especially cuz im going to highschool:) Anyways since my desicion I LOST 25 POUNDS! I basically cut down on my rice/pasta intake and also cut out oily foods, ionly ate vegetables, whole grain fish lean meats etc.. im 120 or 125 and i weighed 145 at one point... I still want to shed the extra 10-15 pounds but most of all i want to be able to run and not get tired because i looove to play basketball and volleyball! So yeah basically i want to loose 10-15 pounds. I jus worked out on the ab lounge and if anyone can gimme any other excersise routines/tips or be my weightloss bbuddy PLS REPLY!!! xoxo - michelle
