Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 322 - I think some of the problem with some people, not all, but some, on here is that we keep saying ok today Im going to start my diet. Today im going to exercise. Then put it off until tomarrow. We all need to get a buddy, and do it. We can do it people. About how many calories should you eat a day to start losing weight? Does anyone know any websites like a livejournal type thing where we can write our progress?
