Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - today i did really good, i went to curves in the morning then ran on the treadmill, about 3/4 a miles. then i ate a smartone weight watchers meal, not the healthiest of all the choices i had...this one was 310 cal. and 45g of carbs...but i figured i deserved it for working out lol.Plus they are really small portioned. then i had a jello cup, 10 cal. and 0g carbs...and thats all I've had so far. Im going to try to only eat 700 cal. for dinner. hopefully tommorrow i'll do the same workout then eat a healthier weight watchers meal!
